hey jongens, ik heb de srt10 met sct tune,und alles war prima. shakelt straks door de versnelling. nu heb ik de prins vsi opzitten, en de automat shakelt nit zo good. shakelt van 1 tot 2 met en harde ruck,und dat by rustig rijen by 3000 rpm. vor de instalatie van de prins kont ik by 1300rpm van 1 tot 2de mit wenig throttle. nu met wenig throttle shakelt bj 3000rpm  de gasboer wet niet wat et problem is heb et zelfde problem nu ok op benzine. any idea ? |

heb je al eens geprobeert met stock instellingen ? effe SCT tune terug op stock zetten , en dan proberen. |

Yes, in my opinion, it's in the tune or in the Gas hard/sofware. I think the shift 'knock' is caused by switching at higher RPM, not by the gas, which eexplains why you also have it when running on petrol. Most tunes come with higher upshift rpm's, you can check this with the handheld or by re-installing the stock program. Keep us posted. |

Well in addition to floor i think its because of the differant Octane from the LPG. LPG has a higher peak Octane about 100 to 109. So thus you would think that the timing would have to be advanced within the SCtune. But here comes my expirience with advancing the timing. The shifts are getting worse because of the leaner nature of the lpg. And the change of getting kock retard at the moment the trucks needs to shift. So maybe your LPG guy could look into the system of where it needs to adjust the timing. If you are able to do this with the SCtune I with my diablo tune in the Avalanche am at the same timing level as you normal have to go with euro 95 gas. The power is the same as with the advance timing power you would use when you drive around euro 98. But i was getting some knock just before shifting and those it feelt wrong. No with the timing pulled to 95 level the trucks runs great. I alsof discoverd that getting LPG at an other station in my city has reduced even more knock. then when i was getting lpg on my previous station. Also after I got my avalanche back from the LPG guy. He had screwed around with my gas numbers to tune better for LPG. Because of the leaner nature of LPG he had adjusted my Long term fuel trims. So when i would swicht back to reg Gas the truck would run at the same values needed for LPG and thus did i had the same problem with the Gas as with the LPG. What i read somewhere is that when your truck is running good on Gas tune. Then the LPG shouldnt have a problem aswell. Hope you can work with this? Good lcuk |

Now i have set it with the Sct to Stock and was going for a test drive. Drive out of my garage with little throttle,but the first gear goes up to 2800rpm and then to 2. gear,up to 2800rpm,and then 3.and 4. shifts very smooth. but i dont like it with an cold engine goes up to 2800rpm . all this stupid things are coming after install the lpg.and now on benzin is the same problem. bevor the install it was much better,and it shifts better. had a few minutes ago a call with a friend,and he says he have the same problem after install the lpg. Housten,we have a Problem

Zit de Kickdown kabel wel goed aan de TB.? Misschien met het installeren van de LPG installatie is ie er misschien af geweest. Alex |

Is hij ook goed afgesteld? Ik denk dat hij te strak staat. Hebben ze de TB eraf gehad of de sensor eraf gehad misschien? Alex |

Alex Ik heb net met de gasboer gepraat, Spruitstuk is eraf geweest, omdat de opdrachtgever dat wou en zijn toen voor hem foto`s gemaakt van het spruitstuk ( normaal halen ze hem niet eraf gebruiken ze speciale boortjes voor en valt er geen boorslijpsel in). misschien zit toch de kabel te strak? |

effe met en kollege an de kabel 4 keer justiered,dat is niet het problem,alles probiert. obd reset gemaakt,ook niet het problem ik rije in" D " het problem is in de 1. and 2. gang. de 3-4 gaan straaks met minder throttle position door de versnelling. ik wet niet wat het is de gasboer wet et och niet,wer wet het dan ? |

misschien is je govenor solenoid aan vervanging toe...? en dienen je banden van de automaat gesteld te worden...? zit er genoeg automaatolie in de bak ? |
